How Your Actions Turn Into Income

1

Close more deals → earn higher rev share rates

Your personal production determines whether you earn the Base or Top rev share rate in each tier. More deals = higher percentage on every agent in your network.

2

Every recruit multiplies your income

Each Tier Qualifying Agent (TQA) you sponsor creates recurring rev share. As your network grows, your income compounds over time.

3

Agents must stay active to count

To remain a Tier Qualifying Agent, a recruit must fund at least 3 mortgages every rolling 6 months. If they stop producing, your rev share from them pauses.

4

The $15K cap helps you recruit

Once BRX collects $15K in split from an agent in a year, rev share from that agent pauses until their anniversary reset. After capping, they only pay the file fee per deal — making BRX more attractive to high producers.
